[Bioperl-l] sequence orientation

Hi All,
         This is not a perl/bioperl query but i thought that its a best
place to ask.
I have some pyro reads ( from CAMERA) and i want to find out their 5' and 3'
ends. Is there any way i can do this?

I would really appreciate if anyone can help me out.
