[Bioperl-l] install binary bioperl-1.4 on windows

Hi BioPerl!
 
I have downloaded the binary windows BioPerl-1.4 version
unzipped it and run perl Makefile.Pl
 
It tells me everything looks good and I should be able to use it after typing: make install
 
but I get: 'make' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program of batch file
 
I guess I can't use make, but what then? I have tried a lot of different commands with the same result
