I can arrange the Hardware and Physical environment (to some extent !) at 
the University of Arizona Campus...not too far from La Paloma

I will be happy to extend UofA facilities for any open source/non profit 
effort.

There are many hotels around that part of Tucson and range from $80 to $400 
check. [You can easily take a cab to Westin for less then $10 ]
