[Biojava-dev] NCBI MegaBlast XML

Hmm, it would seem that the NCBI blast dtd has changed greatly from what
it once was. (see http://www.ncbi.nih.gov/dtd) does anyone know if this
is compatible with the BJ BlastXMLParsers?
