[Biopython] biopython installation on Windows

Ken,

I have installed Biopython on Windows many times. I have never once had a
problem with the .exe installer. For Python 2.7:
http://biopython.org/DIST/biopython-1.65.win32-py2.7.exe

other python version choose from here:
http://biopython.org/wiki/Download

Use the correct version for your Python version.

Download, double click... follow instructions. Done.
