[BioSQL-l] bj and biosql oracle

I think you should be able to copy-and-paste from our wiki to the
BioSQL wiki where it really belongs, then remove it from ours. As you
say, it has no BJ-specific content.

I don't know of any actual Oracle users at present. I don't use it
myself any more - Ensembl is a MySQL shop.
