[BioRuby] biogems.info and some newish gems

Hi Matt,

Excellent. Do add the gems to biogems.info! That way more people can
find them.

If a name starts with bio- it should appear within 24 hrs on biogems.info. 

Non bio- names you have to add to the biogems.info source (see the
/etc dir)

Fork the repo and do a pull request. I'll merge and update.
