[Biopython] Declaring Bio.trie, Bio.triefind obsolete

 Dear all,
I have submitted a pull request (#1658) declaring Bio.trie and Bio.triefind obsolete, for the following reasons:- There is no active maintainer who can fix the bugs- There are good alternatives outside of Biopython, such as pygtrie;- These modules do not depend on any other module in Biopython, and vice versa;- Bio.trie cannot be compiled on PyPy;- There is no documentation in the Biopython cookbook & tutorial.
If you have any objections against declaring these modules obsolete (and at a later stage deprecating and removing them), please write a note on the pull request page.
