[Biopython] Biopython project under OBF for GSoC 2018

Hello,

I am writing the mail to ask if there are any mentors who would be willing
to mentor a student for a project under Biopython for GSoC 2018.

I would be willing to work on any of the existing ideas like revamping the
GEO SOFT parser and fixing issues like porting of self-tests.
