Still to do, sort out the Windows wheels on AppVeyor,
and ideally push out a trial version of the API docs
using Sphinx rather than epydoc.

I will send out the formal email release announcement,
do the blog post, and tweet this afternoon - hopefully
with the Windows Wheels all done before then.
