[Biopython] Teaching BioPython

Not exactly what you are looking for, but you may be able to grab some
examples from teh course at the Institut Pasteur, which is a programming
course for biologists using Python:

The same people used to have a biopython course, but it seems not to be
available online anymore. Maybe you can email them directly.
