[BioPython] blastall does not flush buffers due to biopython buffering?

Hi,
 I do not have a patch nor a solution. I justed hacked Bio.Blast.NCBIStandalone
to print what it actually does execute to help debugging, nothing else.
I will try to think of it more before posting bugzilla.
