Hi,

i am writing this from a mobile phone in a middle of a conference, so
I will be short.

your effort is most welcome. As soon as I am back (next week) I will
gladly help you with putting the code on biopython pop gen. Structure
is widely used and your contribution, from my part, is most welcome.

there is actually a big chunk of updates that can be commited soon,
maybe yours can go along
