When making a Biopython release, we can download the current wiki 
documentation with wget. The documentation can then be included with the 
release for offline browsing, or made available as a separate tarball. 
I'll try that with the next Biopython release. If users like that well 
enough, we can think about removing the current hevea-based (html,pdf) 
documentation.
