[BioPython] New biopython.org website

Thanks for your work, it is looking good.
On the biopython page, there used to be a set of links to software that 
was bio and python but for some reason didn't fit well in the biopython 
project. This included our clustering software for gene expression data, 
which is why I'm asking. Is that list still available? Another option 
would be for us to submit the clustering software as a new module to the 
biopython project, if people are interested.
