ScrumPy - Metabolic modelling with python



A number of incremental improvements to the previous version (0.9.0) 
leads to the momentous descision to increase the revision number all the 
way to 0.9.1 !!

Highlights of this version include :


 1- **MUCH ** easier instalation.

 2 - More portable, the same distribution should install itself on any 
    Unix-like OS (we've tested it with Linux and Solaris).

 3 - Less dependence on third-party modules, if they are not found you 
    can still use everything else (which is the vast majority of the    
useful stuff)
