[BioPython] mac OSX

Hi,

I'm trying to put biopython onto a machine running mac OS X.

given that I don't know much about OS X, or installing python, I've not
been having much luck :-(

any advice much appreciated (I take it I can't use the Mac version
available on your website, as that's for pre-osX versions... at least it
doesn't work for me at the moment... should I go for installing it from
source?)
