I think its ready. I checked the output quickly , but I plan to do the
character by character, till-your-eyes-get-blurry checking over the weekend.
And clean up Gobase and Rebase. Sometime I should redo these programs
because I've learned more about sgmllib and I could do a better job. But
not for this release.
