[BioPython] bzip2

Hey guys,

Sorry I ask so many questions, but I'm new to a lot of this stuff.  

	I'm trying to use bzip2 to decompress the blackdown jdk so that I can
use jpython.

I put the bzip2 binaries in both my my home directory and in /usr/bin. 
If I try bzip2 from the current directory I get Command Not Found.  If
I try the full pathname I get permission denied, whether or not I'm
root.

Any guesses.  I just can't come up with anything else to try.  Thanks
guys.
