[Biopython-dev] conda install and/or wheels for Windows(and other platforms?)

Yes.
I frankly do not know the state of the standard biopython packaging in 
conda, maybe it is great and what I am saying makes little sense.

But...

There is bioconda (some of us work on that) and we could easily make 
biopython available there...
