[Biopython-dev] Tutorial Notebooks

Hi,

I updated the tutorial notebooks to version 4 format. This means that
you will need Project Jupyter (IPython 3.0) to run them. This does not
mean Python 3 is a requirement: IPython 3.0 has nothing to do with
Python versioning.

I hope to complete the porting of the Tutorial somewhere in the
