Hi Peter,

Yes. It's difficult to track the update of original document on if the
translation version is on a different place. I think it's better to create
a translation project on the github of biopython group and all language
versions can be put into it in separate directories. Sphinx seems to have
solution for tracking updates by creating PO files from RST source files.
http://sphinx-doc.org/intl.html#update-your-po-files-by-new-pot-files . And
the transifex service can be used for team translation.
