Summary: Possibly corrupt - ncbi_taxonomy_mollusca.xml.zip in
Tests/PhyloXML
Product: Biopython
Version: 1.54
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: minor
Priority: P5
Component: Main Distribution
AssignedTo: biopython-dev at biopython.org
ReportedBy: vimalkumarvelayudhan at gmail.com
I created an RPM recently for Biopython version 1.54 and got this error from
rpmlint
python-biopython.i586:âW:âunable-to-read-zipâ/usr/share/python-biopython/Tests/PhyloXML/ncbi_taxonomy_mollusca.xml.zip:âBadâmagicânumberâforâcentralâdirectory
This appears for both the .tar.gz and the .zip version. I could do a manual
unzip of the file though.
