Thanks for the note on whether models can be out of order, skipped, etc!

When the MODEL is written out, I would imagine it should use the model.label or
whatever it's named? (I believe it MIGHT be called SerialNo. See here:
http://mmcif.pdb.org/dictionaries/pdb-correspondence/pdb2mmcif.html#MODEL
