This is a just proposal...
In the biopython tutorial, you suggest users to always set Entrez.email before
using any Entrez util:
- http://www.biopython.org/DIST/docs/tutorial/Tutorial.html#htoc65

You could raise a warning if Entrez.email is not set and if any util is used.
