In biopython/Bio/SeqUtils/CheckSum.py revision 1.3 I have tweaked the docstring
comments to closer follow PEP 257 and existing Biopython usage.

I also added my change from comment 22 (which Michiel said he did in comment
28, but wasn't in CVS yet).
