Regarding comment 26 and comment 27, I think Tiago ment to attach that file bug
2170 - whoops.

Regarding comment 28, that sounds great Michiel.

I agree that the example in comment 7 would be a nice addition to the manual or
wiki.

One final thing, I would like to rewrite the doc string comments for
Bio/SeqUtils/CheckSum to follow PEP 257 more closely (which a lot of our code
seems to do).
