[Biopython-dev] Japanese translation of Tutorial & Cookbook

As a co-author of the BP T&B, let me be the first to congratulate and 
thank you guys for what must have been a great effort. And thank you for 
your kind words.

I don't believe that there are any Copyright/Licensing issues, as long 
as you take care to name names.. which you did :)
