[Bioperl-l] Regarding RemoteBlast: Getting error "Cannot accept request, error code: -103"

Removing this line from your original script worked for me:

$Bio::Tools::Run::RemoteBlast::HEADER{'SERVICE'} = 'blastx';

This is set via '-prog' parameter.
