[Bioperl-l] Intergenic regions

If the genomes are already annotated then I guess you could just the Bio::Seq modules to pull out the intergenic regions. If there is no annotation yet then you would need to run some kind of gene prediction software first eg Genescan, Glimmer (google will throw up several choices).
