[Bioperl-l] No error message is given for a warning (EUtilities)

It's all a matter of priorities and I can't see how increasing the number of rows displayed in a web interface is more important than any other items on the list http://www.bioperl.org/wiki/Project_priority_list 
If you feel strongly about it and you can justify the changes then submit a bug report, and a patch.
