[Bioperl-l] Final BioPerl 1.6 release

Howdy,

I recently found a bug in parsing InterPro XML, which I have created a
bug for, as well as patches which fix the problem with a test case:

I would very much like to get feedback on this patch and have it
included in the next 1.6.x release.
