[Bioperl-l] GFF and LocatableSeq refactoring

Hilmar,

The examples in that thread ought to go in the ninth column; using the  
Dbxref tag for references back to GenBank for example.  The  
provenience stuff should go in the ninth column as well, though I  
don't know exactly how would be best.
