[Bioperl-l] genbank2gff3 for prokaryotes?

We (bioperl devs and users) would be very interested to have something
like this included. I ran into a similar problem with genbank2gff3 a
year ago with some of our work here on Archaea. I managed to get
enough data out to get gbrowse up-and-running, but it required quite a
bit of hand-editing.
In fact, seeing as we're refactoring GFF and other aspects of Features
in bioperl, this may be the best time to add something in.
