All, I'm going to be running estwise with some clustered ESTs(chlamydomonas) and am creating a protein dataset to run them against. I have all the volvocales peptides and A.t, but as Chlamy is flagellate I'd like to add in a set representing metazoan cilia. I'm having little success querying genbank for this and was hoping for suggestions. thanks chuck
