[Bioperl-l] IdentifiableI::version

Neither Bio::PrimarySeq nor Bio::Seq implement version() despite 
Bio::IdentifiableI requiring this.

I suppose this is not intentional? If it is, then Bio::IdentifiableI 
shouldn't require it.

If it is to be fixed, should version() return a default if it has 
never been set? If so, what should the default be? 0 (zero) or an 
empty string?

I'd think that RichSeqI::seq_version() is not an alias (neither 
technically nor semantically) to version()? Biosql maintains a 
bioentry.entry_version and biosequence.seq_version, and I think I 
remember that these do not refer to the same semantically.
