I'm not sure what you mean by "documentation", perhaps you're talking about
module documentation? Anyway, take a look at the FAQ and the bptutorial.pl
file, they should help you get started with Bio::SearchIO::Blast. And if you
like what you see also take a look at the documentation for the Bio::Seq
module. In my opinion this is the critical or central module for most
Bioperl work, if you understand this one you'll go a long way.

want to use Boulder
for the job,after making modifications if any needed.
I have no clue how to get
started with this package, though!
the documentation doesnt help me much- is there any
