[Bioperl-l] bioperl-db MANIFEST is out of sync

Just downloaded bioperl-db from the anonymous CVS server so I can start 
fooling around with BioSQL again. Looks like someone removed a module 
and did not update the MANIFEST:

I'll take care of it as long as DBAdaptor.pm is supposed to be missing :)
