This is not specifically bioperl related, but is there a good list of available biological software anywhere on the Web? I used to use Biocat (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/biocat/), but it seems they have not updated in ahlf a year, and I know that the field is exploding, so I wonder it there is a more up to date list?
