[Biojava-l] IMPORTANT: Renaming Residue->Symbol

I hope that you have all had a good Easter break.

I have just checked in a copy of BioJava that compiles for me. I have made
all the file moving/renaming changes in one go. Phew! The demos seem to work
and I think everything is a bit nicer to work with.

Please grab this new version. Use:

cvs update -P

java build.Builder all

java build.Builder docs

from biojava-live to get EVERYTHING (and to drop the empy directories). If
you update just part of the repository then it is guaranteed not to build. I
have tagged the first view that comiles & runs the demos as
after_symbol_residue_change. It is possible (likely?) that something along
the line is not quite right, so please please please mail the list or me if
you have any problems getting things to work.
