[Biojava-l] IMPORTANT: Renaming Residue->Symbol

Dear all,

I have just but in a branch named 'before_symbol_residue_change' that
will allow you to retrieve the repository as it appears now. I am now
going to do the file moving/renaming so that Residue becomes Symbol, and
so that the symbol stuff moves into a seperate package from the
biological sequence stuff.

I will tag the repository again once everything compiles.
