[Biojava-dev] alpha "releases"

I saw that you pushed the tags 'biojava-5.0.0-alpha1' and alpha2 to the
main github repository. Tags automatically show up on the github release
page. I'm not sure whether you intended that or not, but perhaps it would
be better to restrict such tags to your personal fork?
