[Biojava-dev] first steps in converting to markdown

Nice work! A few questions:

How would we upload and link to the API docs for a given release?

The internal wiki links do not work, e.g. biojava:Download%201.9.0 from the
page http://biojava.github.io/wikis/BioJava:Download_1.9.1/

Are we still going to need the self-hosted source tarball links, such as
https://github.com/biojava/biojava-legacy/archive/biojava-legacy-1.9.1.tar.gz
?

Is it important to continue hosting the Biojava Maven repository at
http://biojava.org/download/maven/?

(in other words, there is a lot of content hosted at biojava.org that
wasn't in the wiki)

Then generally, what do folks think about a mention to Biojava Legacy on
the new main page?

   michael
