[Biojava-dev] biojava-legacy bugfix in scf reader

I fixed another bug in the scf reader.

Could someone who knows about the "special needs" of biojava-legacy check
my patch to make sure I don't do anything "bad"? thanks! If it's ok, please
merge it.

If Janier does not report any more issues, I will migrate the scf parser to
biojava3. (along with some major refactoring to make the code (hopefully)
easier to understand).
