[Biojava-dev] cruiscontrol active again

Hi,

I updated the cruisecontrol setup to use git instead of svn. This means,
from now on the latest SNAPSHOT builds from both biojava and biojava-legacy
will get automatically deployed on our maven repository (just the way this
used to work in the old SVN setup).

So far the server is only internal, but we will set up a public interface
for this soon.
