[Biojava-dev] Moving to Java 1.5

Hi,
I would not call this a big problem, it just means that the user has
to download it themselves, rather than using the Mac update tool. The
link for the JDK is here: http://developer.apple.com/java/download/ I
have been using this since last year and it works fine.
