[Biojava-dev] CVS - mixed case directories

I develop primarily on Windows machines (though usually deploy to
linux/solaris boxes) and have found that the BioJava CVS repo has
several instances of mixed-case folder names that make checking the repo
out to a Windows machine nearly impossible. I'm currently checking out
on a redhat box and then shuttling code back and forth.
The primary culprit seems to be BioCorba/biocorba paired instances. Any
chance someone might be willing to clean up the repo in the future and
save we poor, savage Windows users a major headache? Thanks ...
