[Biojava-dev] ProcessTools / ExecRunner

Sorry about the mix up here -- two solutions to the same problem
got checked in within a couple of minutes of one another.  I think
we're going to rationalize on ProcessTools before BioJava 1.4, though.

Have you got any examples of this?

Also, do you know what version of Java is installed?  I believe
that some Process bugs got fixed in JDK1.4.2, so it's probably worth
upgrading if you haven't already.
