Here's what I've done for getting a Taxon annotation to appear when
you do an embl output. I'm not sure if this is the right way to do
this (it seems like jumping around in a few more places than I'd
expect). I'm not sure when something should belong in taxa.EbiFormat
vs seq.io.OrganismParser. If it looks OK to you guys I'll do similar
stuff to the other formats.
