[Biopython] Regarding contribution to OBF

[Tanu Hari Dixit]

Hey Devs,

I am Tanu Hari Dixit, a senior undergraduate from Indian Institute of
Technology, (BHU). I have previously played with matplotlib, sympy, PyQt4
and python in general. I have little experience of making an API with
Flask. I would be highly obliged if someone guides me about how to begin
with BioPython.
